MODALITIES, COST, AND FAQS
SWEDISH MASSAGE
This is the most common type of massage. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes as well as kneading strokes with light, rhythmic tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles. Swedish massage can relieve muscle tension but most people find it more relaxing.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This modality focused on chronic muscle pain and more intense anxieties. During a deep tissue massage, you will experience slower more focused strokes involving pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles.
LOMI LOMI MASSAGE
The Lomi Lomi massage therapy takes you to a state of relaxation and stillness that frees your mind from blockage and stabilizes the mind to face new possibilities. A cleansing process also takes place, releasing toxins, cleaning up the body, releasing body tension, healing pain and boosting the immune system.
CUSTOM MASSAGE
You may ask for a combination of the styles listed here or receive focus on your desired areas. You will need to vocalize before your visit begins exactly what you need help with when booking a custom massage.
COST
THERE IS ONLY ONE COST AT MIKES MOBILE MASSAGE
I charge a small travel fee of $30for all massages.
This includes the cost of gas, parking, set up, and breakdown of mobile massage tools.
You may book 60 to 120 minutes and your cost would be $1 per minute.
